The art is free and public domain! On Old Book Illustrations. There's tons of cool similar stuff there. All from 1800s-and-such books.

(but on a sidenote - i am also an artist, which I wasn't when I first drafted this game. My stuff is on instagram, and though I'm not open just yet I will be later this summer! Still, text me if you're interested!)
